WEDNESDAYS Grilled Bratwurst w/ Fries or Cole Slaw $4.95 Cooked in beer and onions, then finished on the broiler, this Bratwurst, made locally by the extraordinary sausage guys at Schreiner's, will knock your liederhosen off (Being a Greek, I have absolutely no idea if I spelled that right). We dress it with Dusseldorf Mustard and Sauerkraut. We have legions of regulars who wake up on Wednesday morning and think "Ooooh, it's Brat day". THURSDAYS Vienna Corned Beef on Rye w/ Cole Slaw $5.95 Extra lean corned beef served hot on fresh Rye bread topped with Dusseldorf mustard and sauerkraut. "And listen, bubbie, don't forget the Pickle". FRIDAYS Philly Cheesesteak $5.75 Start your weekend out right with this big, meaty, juicy baby. Not having been to Philly, I can't vouch for this selection's authenticity, but I can say it's one great sandwich.
